By using this website, The Reset, the Hypnotic Audios, The Trading Room, or any coaching service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use them. You must be at least 18 to purchase anything here.

All content is educational, provided as-is, and used at your own risk. Nothing here is financial, investment, medical, or psychological advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes. Read the full risk disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

The free audio

The Reset is delivered by email after you confirm your subscription. It's for your personal use only.

Paid audios

Purchasing a Hypnotic Audio grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to listen for your own use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or republish any audio. By purchasing digital content, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day cancellation right ends once you access or download the content. Any refunds beyond your statutory rights are handled per the checkout platform's terms.

The Trading Room

Membership is billed and governed through Whop, including its payment and refund terms, and renews until cancelled — cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Be decent in the community: no harassment, spam, self-promotion, or sharing of members-only content outside the Room. We may remove members who break these rules.

1:1 coaching

Coaching is application-only. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance; places are limited and acceptance is at our discretion. Coaching engagements are governed by the agreement made at the time of booking.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — audios, courses, copy, graphics, and the JJC marks — belongs to JJ Cooper. Don't copy, redistribute, or republish it without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage — including trading losses and loss of profit — arising from your use of this site or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Changes & governing law
